Day 159.I love farmer's markets! My neighborhood has just started one this summer and I finally got to go. I got beautiful basil, parsley, brandywine tomatoes, white and green eggplants, July Flame peaches and a cucumber. I made dinner based on this recipe. It was actually quite salty, but not unpleasant and the fresh flavors were amazing!
